Our Fraternity is under a greater expense this year than ever before and this expense increases each year with our membership. We have, as you see, enlarged this paper, which in itself is a large increase in expense and Of a beneficial nature. In order that we can meet our Obligations a more hearty response to this request for dues becomes imperative.
