HE committee charged with the duty of preparing for the association a Manual of Wood-working Tools beg to present their final Report. This committee at first attempted to prepare a course of lessons which, though sufficiently simple to meet the needs of such schools as the association desired to encourage, should cover the whole ground to be gone over, in de tail, the association authorizing the employment of such clerical and other assistance as might be necessary.
