Elisa is 16 years old and has never eaten chicken with cutlery. She has two brothers and two sisters whom she adores, a best friend and many holiday plans. In order to understand something about herself, she keeps a diary, in which she recounts her summer of adventures lived with enthusiasm, unforeseen events faced with delicacy and endless surprises: a new friend in London, a plate of spicy spaghetti by the sea, a helicopter trip during a weekend in the mountains and a fake date that will perhaps become something more. By the end of the summer, so much has happened that Elisa decides to end the experiment and throw herself enthusiastically into everything her teenage life has in store for her.
