The areas for the Assessment of Quality for the service for Infancy and Families
the Assessment of Quality of the services for the Infancy and Families is realized through 5 key areas:
1. Quality of MANAGEMENT in the Organization and Management area
2. Quality of MANAGEMENT in the Human and Professional Resources area
3. Quality of EDUCATION of the Educational and Teaching System area
4. Quality of SOCIAL relationships with families and social environment
5. Quality of CERTIFICATION of the system and services.
The differing views to assess the Quality of Services
Il The System for the Infancy and Families must take into account:
- The quality of life of Children and the quality of system and services for the point of view of the Families and of the social Community (QUALITY PERCEIVED at SOCIAL level);
- The quality of services from the point of view of Executives and Management (QUALITY RECOGNISED at MANAGEMENT level and in the management of human resources);
- The quality of services from the point of view of Teachers and Operators of the structure (SELF-EVALUATED QUALITY at TRAINING level);
- - Analysis of practitioners in the sector, Experts in quality certification (AWARDED QUALITY at CERTIFICATION level).
