Franz Hartmann, who also wrote the esoteric novella &ldquo;With the Adepts,&rdquo; published &ldquo;In the Pronaos of the Temple of Wisdom&rdquo; in 1890. Hartmann thought this short non-fiction summary of the Rosicrucian question would serve as what he hoped would be an introduction to hermetic philosophy.&nbsp;<br /><br />Hartmann reviews the well-known history and literature of the Rosicrucians.
