When I commenced to practise Homoeopathy there was no pocket companion of this kind; and the text books ou homoeopathic therapeutics gave little help in the matter of attenuation, dose, and how often to repeat — the very points most wanted by a novice. One of my objects in writing this book was to supply these details.
