The Council on International Relations has absolute influence on American politics. Since the Second World War until now, except for three people, almost everyone elected president is a member of this organization. Although over the past decades, the two parties participating in elections have always taken turns holding power, the government's policies have always been maintained very consistent.<br />The reason for that is because members of the international relations council have held the most important positions in the government. From 1921 until now, the vast majority of oil finance ministers are from this organization. National security advisors from the Eisenhower era until now are mainly decided and arranged by this organization. There have been 14 foreign ministers (since 1949 up to now), 11 defense ministers and 9 directors of the Central Intelligence Agency who all belong to this organization.
