Many preachers, have for centuries informed men about the blessings God has made available through His Son, Jesus.<br />Rightly so.<br />They however, have missed the most vital detail.<br />Before the blessings came, there was an event.<br />An event that changed the destiny of men, as we know it!<br />The event wasn&rsquo;t a glamorous show off, by the Supreme being of the Universe;<br />Neither was it a grand-standing by the Most powerful Being, the mind cannot even conceive.<br />It was a display of love.<br />A love, confirmed by the sacrifice of the only true God, for His lost creation.<br />A love, forged in pain, agony and despair.<br />In torture, grief and gruesome death.<br />The love of God, came to us free.<br />But cost Him, His one and only Son.<br />This is the story of the cross.<br />The Power and Wisdom of God, for the salvation of all men.<br />Christ, Crucified!
