Though our national requirements are perhaps the greatest, it is noteworthy that our contribution to the technology of hydrogen is probably the least of any of the Great Powers; so, should it happen that this work in any way stimulates interest, resulting in further improvement in the technology of the subject, the author will feel himself more than amply rewarded.
