A quirky short story about a Pine Needle that realizes it exists and so has desire.<br /><br />While watching daily the comings and goings of human beings in the great forest desires to be one of them.<br /><br />The spirit of the great forest grants Pine Needle the wish and the quirky pine needle is rebirthed as human.<br /><br />Through a series of random events Pine Needle becomes a spiritual leader to thousands, but finally questions the one thing he desired above all else.
