Some suggestions have been made which may, I trust, prove Of service to the large class Of business men and lawyers who are not infrequently called upon to deal with the incorporation or with the administra tion Of an industrial undertaking in the description of the methods of practical finance the attempt has like wise been made to supplement the text-books already in the hands Of educators and students.
