Running away from his oppressive home town, the last thing Seth wants is to end up in another small town, but he&#39;s about to find out that Peach Tree is different.<br />At the end of his rope, hungry and out of money, Seth comes across a house that&#39;s been abandoned for years. It doesn&#39;t stay that way.<br />Theo and his little brother, Ace, need a home, and they show up to claim their inheritance, the house outside of Peach Tree.<br />The three newcomers grudgingly share the shelter they found. But as different as they are, Seth and Theo have a lot in common, mostly their dire circumstances. They lean on each other and try to fight a growing attraction.<br />Theo has doubts about Seth since he has never been with anyone else. That doesn&#39;t mean he can resist the sweet hunk.<br />Seth doesn&#39;t have a lot of confidence, but he is sure of one thing -- Theo is the only one he wants. He just has to convince Theo to let his guard down and listen to his heart.
