Home is the heart and shelter wherein all those inborn ties of family kinship are woven into the soul, and no word or name hath greater potency than that of Father, Mother, Brother or Sister. It is the object of family record to preserve the entirety the order — the genesis and increase, of that miniature world. Ordinarily, that record has no significance beyond those who have a birthright therein to all such, it becomes a relic of great interest. As the family name multiplies, and other homes are created, whatever pertains to the older homesteads — the roof-tree of our fathers, becomes venerable and more prized as the years go by.
