The Council has received and accepted reports from the Secre tary, Treasurer, and Editorial Committee. The Secretary reports that he has on his books the names of 8 Life Members and 442 Annual Members, while, either directly or through the publishers, sixty libraries are subscribers to the publica tions of the Society.
