Age is absolutely a mental problem. Don't think you should be showing signs of aging. Do not be around people who constantly complain about pain, medication, age etc. Make your passion healthy and healthy. It all starts with action. Make it your passion to be healthy.  It all starts with you. Simple things like drinking enough water are important.  We have to be sure that every day we have, has been rightly adopted.  Drinking coffee, juice and soda is not a real hydration.  We need pure water and mineralized water to maintain our health.  If you eat food that is denatured, over-processed, salted, smoked and sweetened, you should improve your food selection.  By eating foods rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and enzymes, you give your body more of what it needs to be alive.  Visit a holistic doctor who can help you with your personal well-being. Eat food from every color of the rainbow every week; coloured. Make sure you have red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple foods - both fruit like and vegetables.  Reduce you intake in alcohol and all sweets.  Stop smoking.   Get out there and leave your body with some natural absorbing sunlight while walking, cycling or exercising.  Just driving fast is a really good exercise if you do it consistently throughout the week.  Many of us are office-bound and drive too often.  No sitting for too long. Keep your body alive. As far as deep wrinkles can be seen in your skin, include antioxidants in your daily diet.  Look for colour-intensive natural foods and add an antioxidant. The use digestive enzymes in old age help to boost your metabolism and help your body to produce waste products. Apply 100% natural oil after showering.  Be careful not to eat too many refined carbohydrates, fried foods, and junk food.
