Take out the bone of the tail by catching hold of the point of the bone and pulling it out, not the other way, it might tear. Then pull the skin over the body and head leaving the front paws on also ears, eyes and lips and nose. Do not damage any of them; they may be needed Then pull it over a board according to the shape of the animal.
