At the ninth annual reunion, very little having been done rm the work, he was again instructed to proceed with the work of preparing for publication a history of Companv I and was limited to a cost not to exceed titty dollars. Etc., also the loan of the private diaries of Captain Crosby, for the years of and 1864. These were invaluable in con clusivelv settling records and dates of events and in no f)tllcr way could have been obtained a knowledge of many of the facts gathered in this compilation.
