Introspective is the picture the author takes of herself while looking in the mirror. Picture after picture she reveals herself, freeing her soul from heavy dead weights of the past and opening up to change and to new shades of being. Introspective is an encouragement to read deep inside and listen more to oneself, because by doing that you can know, discover and accept yourself. By accepting, you can reach that awareness which, over time, will bring all the answers.
Serena Bilanceri stared working in fashion and television at a young age. Later on, following her artistic talents, she engaged in acting and painting. Introspective is her first poetry collection. These poems inspired her series of paintings “Heartinverse[1]”. Pictures and illustrations by the author.
