L'urbanistica italiana dopo le sentenze del Tar sul PGR di Roma: "Siamo nel mezzo di una vicenda che, come noto, non può certo dirsi conclusa. Per un giudizio più completo dovremo attendere l'esito dei ricorsi sulle sentenze del TAR Lazio che il Comune di Roma ha presentato al Consiglio di Stato. Pertanto, ne sono certo, tutti saranno prudenti nell'esprimere valutazioni. Tanto più che la giurisprudenza, come spesso accade e soprattutto quando le materie debbono ancora consolidarsi, non è univoca. Così come sono certo che tutti comprenderanno la prudenza soprattutto di chi, attore nella vicenda, ha accettato di rappresentare pubblicamente la propria posizione. I ricorsi depositati al TAR Lazio sul PRG di Roma, ho letto, sarebbero 22 o 23. Ad oggi ne sono stati discussi solo pochissimi, per di più. Vorrei rassicurare che nessuno qui - ad iniziare da me che l'ho promossa - vuole utilizzare la Tavola Rotonda per polemizzare. Né verso il PRG di Roma, né tanto meno con i suoi autori in senso allargato. E neanche con i suoi "tifosi". Si vuole solo discutere, in una sede scientifica e formativa, dei problemi che scaturiscono dalle sentenze in questione riguardo all'urbanistica italiana che, come noto, sta facendo un uso generalizzato di istituti e strumenti identici o assimilabili a quelli che le sentenze sanzionano."
