Each section is divided into two sections:-theoretical framework of each Institute of the law of succession: with organic unity and synthesis are represented doctrinal and jurisprudential positions (even newer) with position paper about the thesis that it is considered preferable; -drafting technique: are precise proposals notarial formulas that turn into clauses the different locations that have established themselves in doctrine and case law, so as to suit even the most fanciful wishes of the testator with extreme flexibility.
