Nella monografia sono oggetto di indagine le verità giudiziali, le verità presunte, le verità presupposte, le verità apparenti, le verità simulate, le verità fiduciarie, le verità fittizie e le verità che possono dirsi veramente false. Il libro si chiude con alcune considerazioni che contengono anche riflessioni sulla situazione dell'ordinamento giuridico dei nostri tempi.
