Il diritto all'immagine: "La società attuale vive spesso il rischio che lapparenza si impossessi dellaspetto interiore delle persone, come se limmagine esteriore le svuotasse quasi completamente dinteriorità. In un contesto così delineato, risulta quindi fondamentale che lordinamento predisponga delle misure quanto più incisive possibili, affinché il titolare del diritto possa controllare,e quindi limitare, lutilizzo delle proprie sembianze.
