Il tecnico forense. Compiti del c.t.u., c.t.p., perito e arbitro: Sempre più spesso il tecnico viene coinvolto quale operatore nel sistema giustizia vedendo così ampliati i suoi compiti. Per svolgerli al meglio, il consulente tecnico deve possedere una conoscenza approfondita dell'intero quadro normativo e giurisprudenziale. Il volume, aggiornato alle più recenti novità legislative in materia (tra cui: semplificazione dei riti civili - d.lgs. n.150/2011; c.d. manovra bis - l. n.148/2011; mediazione - d.m. n. 145/2011; legge di stabilità 2012 - l. n.183/2011), evidenzia gli aspetti problematici con un taglio pratico ed interdisciplinare. L'opera si sofferma preliminarmente sulla consulenza tecnica d'ufficio, per poi esaminare il ruolo del consulente tecnico di parte, gli istituti dell'accertamento tecnico preventivo e della consulenza tecnica preventiva ai fini della composizione della lite (con le loro significative differenze),le varianti della consulenza tecnica nell'ambito del processo penale e amministrativo. Particolare attenzione viene, altresì, dedicata all'attività tecnico-peritale nelle espropriazioni per pubblica utilità, al ruolo del tecnico arbitro e alla nuova figura del mediatore.

Special attention is also devoted to the expert and technical activities in expropriation for public utility, the role of the technical referee and the new figure of the mediator.
