The text presents an innovative working tool for the jurist, allowing the identification of the preferable interpretive thesis, in the sense of identifying the individual topics. The first edition proposed a new and exrunic model - the subject of continuous discussion in the Centre for Advanced Law Studies - presented in the Chamber of Deputies as well as in courts and universities. This is the second edition of the volume with more: study extended to analogue legis and common law systems, exposing the principle of the universality of interpretive criteria, practical applications and openness to the European dimension.
